I have USB 2.0. This would actually be easier anyway, since it takes me just as long top copy them off TO as it does for you to upload them.
I hate to ask this again, but what's the URL for the recordings? I swear I will bookmark it this time.
It's in the KrakaTome, check your left navigation. I haven't put the last practice up yet, but the other bits should be in there somewhere.
By somewhere I mean in one of the entries with a date in it.
