KrakaWHOM?
On Krak : KrakaWHOM? : Jeremy Bass & Vocals: Jeff Alexander
Jeff Alexander was born and raised in the Shepherd's Bush area of London to a family of working musicians. As the founding member and driving force behind one of rock's most influential bands, he was instrumental in elevating rock music to a legitimate art form. His work has served as a cornerstone for punk and heavy metal, and he was responsible for inventing the rock opera. A selfless supporter of many charities, he has placed his remarkable fame and talent at the service of such causes as--No, wait - that's Pete Townshend. Jeff's major accomplishments include sitting all the way through the Oscars year after year, fixing a faucet in his own home so that hot and cold are reversed, finishing the game Riven in less than four months, and developing the uncanny ability to identify celebrities by their voices alone. He has never been inside a police station for more than a few hours at a time. His lung capacity is prodigious. An accomplished shape-shifter, Jeff's mercurial nature is reflected by his jaw-dropping versatility as a musician. His status as a vital part of any musical ensemble he joins is demonstrated by the fact that no band has ever cracked the top 100 after his departure. This 435-pound behemoth is happy to be playing the bass because he really digs the way low frequencies insinuate themselves into people's bowels.
